This place is just plain unprofessional and unethical, decked out with all sorts of unnecessary frills. The atmosphere is filled with a bad culture where sycophants are just scratching each other's backs.
1) The company really ought to let go of the gossipers and the political types who take credit for the hard work of others, and instead, they should focus on keeping skilled folks around.
2) To tackle the high turnover rate among new hires in their first year, they need to stop believing and spreading false perceptions without really looking into the harassment and nasty politics going on at the ground level.
3) They should take a good hard look at some individuals who make harassing comments and dominate discussions because they’re afraid of positive changes. These folks are just trying to cover up their own mistakes.
4) Before letting go of innocent employees, they should ask for explanations and give time and support to help.
5) They need to sort out their own HR policies and procedures before messing up someone else's career.
6) The leadership here is weak, lacking trust in the people below them, and they’re completely oblivious to the mistreatment happening at the hands of a few rising managers.

Joining this mom-and-pop shop was a big mistake!

I can't believe how disappointing this was. I spent two months in a class where the instructor just kept telling stories or chatting with a few students about nonsense. He would outline the day's agenda, but we hardly ever followed it because he would go off on tangents or keep repeating himself. In the first week, we were supposed to download virtual machines and learn about Linux Kali, but by the end of the course, we barely touched it and he just kept going over how to download and open Kali again. He promised we’d do hands-on work, but that never happened. It always felt like there wasn’t enough time. He kept saying that after the course ended, we could still reach out for help, but I’ve emailed him and he’s completely ignored me. He hasn’t even acknowledged my assignments, so I’m left in the dark about that! I even got an email asking me to fill out an exit form, but I haven’t finished the work yet, so why am I signing off? Honestly, this has been the biggest waste of my time, and I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone. The instructor basically had us sign up for free courses on Cisco, which you can easily find and watch on their site. It would be way better to just do that instead of wasting your time in this class. It feels like they just take on a bunch of students without caring about anyone, just to pocket some government cash.

I had a fantastic time with NetCom Learning. The content was really well organized, and the trainer was super skilled. I enjoyed the whole thing and would totally recommend this training.

The online private training session on Mastering Microsoft Teams with NetCom Learning was fantastic. I really liked this class and would definitely suggest it. This was a comprehensive and super useful training experience.

I had a solid training experience at NetCom Learning. Our instructor was fantastic at assisting us with any problems that popped up during the labs; guiding us to identify what was amiss and how to move forward. They really made sure every student got the attention they required.

I signed up for a NetCom Web Design class and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. The recruiter was not truthful about what the course actually covers, and to make matters worse, the instructor is super dull. He kept stressing that we’d be doing most of the learning on our own, and what they do provide is just the simplest info you could easily find on Google or YouTube. My suggestion? Just head over to FreeCodeCamp and YouTube directly and skip the middleman, who’s just wasting taxpayer money.

Last year, I took a CompTIA course that lasted three months. Our instructor, Gary, was outstanding. In the beginning, I was losing my cool since some folks struggled with downloading an app and had a tough time troubleshooting. But Gary remained calm throughout, and after a while, everyone got on the same page. Karen was awesome at replying to my emails, providing me with vouchers, and letting me know when I could use them. Plus, big thanks to Joe, who reached out a few months later for some feedback. We had a real nice chat about tech, which was super refreshing. Thanks a ton, everyone!

At first, it was pretty challenging for me, but once I jumped into the live classes, everything started to make sense. The staff is super helpful, and I can always count on them for assistance. Honestly, this online learning program is just ridiculous. Sometimes the questions don’t even make sense and are full of spelling errors. The person who came up with these questions really ought to find a new line of work.

An employee signed up for a course that was supposed to happen in January 2018. However, Netcomlearning decided to cancel it. I asked for a refund on January 26th but didn’t hear back. After realizing I hadn’t received anything, I followed up on March 19th. Since then, it’s been nothing but a hassle with the company. They’ve ignored my voicemails, and one sales rep even said I was a bother. My attempts to communicate through instant messages have also gone unanswered. I reported them to the NY BBB, but still no reply. It’s been five months now.
